Business intelligence tools and their outputs (management dashboards) as an important tool can provide managers with management reports in the shortest possible time, which reduces decision-making costs and increases the decision-making power of managers. find Today, after extracting the indicators based on the data available in the organizations, their visualization and online display using business intelligence tools is being done in most of the organizations. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the drivers of using business intelligence in metropolitan municipalities (case study: Kermanshah Municipality). The research is applied and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population studied was managers and employees of Kermanshah municipality and 150 people were used for interviews using available sampling method. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results show that the drivers are identified and prioritized by the organization, financial unit, projects, human resources unit, and citizens. استفاده از داده ها و انجام داده کاوی در سیستم های الکترونیکی امری ضروری و اجتناب ناپذیر است. ابزار هوش تجاری و خروجی های آنها (داشبوردهای مدیریتی) به عنوان ابزاری مهم می¬توانند در کمترین زمان ممکن گزارشات مدیریتی را در اختیار مدیران قررار دهد که از این حیث هزینه های تصمیم گیری کاهش یافته و قدرت تصمیم گیری مدیران افزایش می یابد. امروزه بعد از استخراج شاخص ها بر اساس داده های موجود در سازمان ها، مصورسازی و نمایش برخط آنها با استفاده از ابزار هوش تجاری در اکثر سازمان ها در حال انجام است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و الویت بندی پیش ران های استفاده از هوش تجاری در شهرداری کلانشهرها(مورد مطالعه: شهرداری کرمانشاه) انجام شد. پژوهش کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه مدیران و کارکنان شهرداری کرمانشاه بوده و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 150 نفر برای مصاحبه استفاده شده است. از نرم¬افزارهای SPSS برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می دهد که پیش ران ها به ترتیب سازمان، واحد مالی، پروژه ها، واحد منابع انسانی و شهروندان شناسایی و دارای الویت هستند. /downloadfilepdf/1293894
